Netradyne safety alerts and coaching for DSPs
Every Netradyne event lands with the driver matched and the clip one click away. A violation coaches the driver on its own: the coaching goes on their record, and they get a message that names the behaviour, gives a tip and links to the footage. Around it sits the rest of the paper trail, so a coaching conversation is never a memory test: write-ups drivers sign on their phone, attendance points, positive recognition and the weekly scorecard.
Screens from the running app. The company, drivers and vans in them are invented.
Every event, matched and coached
Netradyne events come in through the day with the driver, the van, the time and the clip. When a violation lands on a matched driver, a coaching is written and sent to them straight away, at any severity. It goes on their record, and they get a message that names the behaviour, carries a coaching tip and links to the footage. You choose which behaviours coach themselves, and anything that did not coach can be coached from the list with one button.
- Three views of the same alerts: every event by day, one card per driver with the ones who need a conversation first, or a triage list of to coach, coaching sent, disputed and closed.
Disputes, and the pattern behind the events
- A driver who thinks a flag is wrong can watch the footage and dispute it from their phone. The dispute waits for dispatch with their reason beside it.
- Highest Offenders shows who is piling up violations over 30 days, 90 days, six months or a year, and whether it is the same few people.
- Set the rule for repeat flags, such as every 5 flags within 90 days, and each driver who crosses it gets a formal write-up drafted. Nothing reaches the driver until somebody sends it, and a flag under dispute does not count while the dispute is open.
Scorecard coaching, drafted for you to send
Delivery quality is coached from the weekly scorecard. For each metric, such as CDF DPMO, Delivery DPMO, Delivery Success Behaviors, Photo-on-Delivery and contact compliance, you pick the tier that triggers a coaching, and every driver below it gets one drafted for that week. These are drafts: you read them and press Send. After a set number of them (three by default) a formal write-up is drafted too. Safety metrics are left to the per-event coaching, so nobody is coached twice for the same thing.
Write-ups drivers sign, and attendance points
- The Disciplinary Log keeps every write-up and coaching across the team, one line each, with its status and the next step as the only button: send the draft, remind the driver, review a refusal.
- Drivers sign or refuse on their phone, in My Record. A record that needs a signature holds their route info until they do.
- Email the record to the driver as well, laid out for a phone with the PDF attached, and export anyone's full history.
- Attendance points on a rolling window: today's call-offs and lates at the top, your own point values and tiers, and an excuse in one click.
Recognition and the scorecard
Good driving counts too. Positive Recognition ranks Netradyne's DRIVER-STAR awards, with your five safest drivers over the last 90 days. The scorecard page shows each week's DSP score and standing, every metric with its tier and the areas to focus on, with each driver's own standing week over week under it. Drivers see their own numbers in My Scorecard.
Questions
Is coaching sent automatically, or drafted for review?
It depends where it comes from. A Netradyne violation on a matched driver is coached and sent automatically, for the behaviours you switch on, and the driver gets a message with a tip and a link to the footage (you can turn that message off). Coaching from the weekly scorecard, and the formal write-up when safety flags pile up, are drafted: nothing reaches the driver until somebody presses Send.
Can a driver dispute a safety flag?
Yes. From their phone they can watch the footage and dispute the flag. The dispute waits for dispatch with their reason beside it, and while it is open the flag does not count toward a formal write-up.
Do drivers see each other's write-ups or points?
No. A driver sees their own coachings, write-ups, safety flags and points, and nobody else's.
Do I need Netradyne to use this?
Only for the safety alerts. Netradyne is optional, like every integration, and the Disciplinary Log, attendance points and scorecard coaching work without it.
The rest of the day
See it on your own routes
Your first month of the whole platform is free, for everyone, whenever you start. A week of real routes, punches and write-ups is the only way to judge this, and that takes a month to build up.
